You could only open the lower drawers by pushing them in and having them pop slightly open, and the upper drawers could only be opened by opening the lower drawer and pulling from the bottom of the upper drawer. Then when we got to the room there was no mini-fridge (minor disappointment but ok) and the bureau had four drawers, but no handles. You had to guess that you push the button marked 'C'. Then there was no signage telling you how to get to the hotel. this is the first time I have had to pay for parking at a Las Vegas hotel. First, when we arrived the parking was $18 a night. Of all the trips I have made to Las Vegas (over a dozen in the last 50 years) this is the most disappointing hotel stay.
